What is the price of the conference?
We lowered the cost of conference! Please keep in mind the following dates and prices as prices do increase gradually as we get closer to conference. You can choose to attend in-person or virtually.

How do I register for the conference?
Register by completing the form below. You must be a USCA member to register for the event. The event will only appear if your membership is active. If you cannot find the event to register, please log into your account to renew your membership or click "Join Now".

What is the conference schedule?
The conference runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day, with doors opening at 7:00 AM. A detailed schedule will be released closer to the event. All sessions are planned to ensure participants can meet Weber State University credit and USBE relicensure requirements.
Will food be provided?
Yes. Attendees will be provided with a light continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages throughout the day.
Where is the Conference taking place?
The conference will be at the Utah Fairgrounds, 155 North 1000 West, Salt Lake City 84116.
Where can I park?
Ample free parking will be available at the event location.
Is there a hotel discount available?

Will there be prizes or giveaways?
Yes! Thanks to our generous sponsors, attendees can participate in a raffle featuring prizes valued from $25 to $500. Entry instructions will be included in your conference materials.
How do I access the conference virtually?
An email will be sent with instructions of how to log in.
Will session recordings be available?
Yes. Recordings will be posted on the website by the Tuesday following the conference and will remain available for two months.
How can I earn credit?
Participants may choose from the following options:
- Weber State University Credit: Earn 1 university credit. Registration must be completed before the end of the conference. Instructions will be included in your conference materials.
- Relicensure Hours: Earn 12 re-licensure hours by registering through MIDAS* using Session ID 66141. **With recent changes to MIDAS more information for relicensure hours will be provided closer to the conference.
