What is the conference schedule?

The conference is 8:00 am-4:00 pm each day. Doors open at 7:00am.  Plan to get there early so you have time to park.  Please see the attached document for the schedule and class summaries.

What to expect?

Will there be food?

Yes!  We have a light continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, and unlimited drinks.  There are also several nearby restaurants within walking distance.

How do I get credit?

Participants have two options for earning credits at this conference. Please see attached document for more information.

• Weber State University Credit: Participants can earn 1 credit through Weber State University. To sign up for Weber Credit, be sure to register before the end of the conference (you may register before the conference to save yourself time).  A flyer with instructions on how to sign up will be included in your conference bag.
• MIDAS Re-licensure Hours: Alternatively, participants can register for 12 re-licensure hours through MIDAS, using session ID 64887.  Please see attached flier.

Where do I park?

There are plenty of parking options available, but please note that if you choose free parking, you may need to walk a bit further. We recommend planning ahead.

Below is a map with information on the different parking areas, which include a mix of paid, free, and 2-hour parking. Please be aware that both the city and private lots will issue tickets if you exceed the 2-hour limit or fail to pay. If I am attending virtually, how do I access the events?

To access the conference virtually you need to log into your account on www.utschoolcounselor.org.

Please make sure to log in TODAY and verify your account BEFORE the conference to ensure it is active and shows that you are registered for the event. We want to have time to help you resolve any issues. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist with any login issues on the day of the conference.

Also, please confirm that your membership is up to date to access the sessions. Even if your membership was active at the time of purchase, it must be current at the time of the event in order to log in and participate.

We encourage you to watch the opening/welcome session to learn about how the conference will proceed and get general conference information.
