What can I expect?

Get ready for a stellar event filled with delicious food, informative classes, exciting prizes, and fantastic networking opportunities!

We're thrilled to bring you three outstanding keynote speakers and a variety of engaging sessions to choose from. There's something for everyone!

What is the conference schedule?

The conference runs from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM each day, with doors opening at 7:00 AM.

Where do I park?

There's plenty of FREE parking!

Enter off 1000 West. If you're familiar with the fairgrounds, park near the DMV. The conference will be held in the Grand Building, and we'll have signs to help guide you.

Will there be food?

Absolutely! We'll have a light continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, and unlimited drinks throughout the conference.Sobe Eats will be catering, and we think you're going to love what they have planned! Gluten free, Vegan and Vegetarian options are available.

• Thursday Lunch: Loaded Chilaquiles and churros
• Friday Lunch: Korean rice bowls and mini state-fair pies

How do I earn credit?

See the credit information flyer here (also included in your conference swag bag) for instructions on how to sign up.

You can choose one of the following options:

1. Weber State University: Earn 1 university credit.
2. USBE – Altitude Education: Earn 14 relicensure points.

What is the "Big Conference" Giveaway?

If I'm attending virtually, how do I access the conference?

To access the virtual conference, you'll need to log in to your account at www.utschoolcounselor.org.

*IMPORTANT: Please log in TODAY and verify that your account is active BEFORE the conference!

We experienced a glitch in our website system that affected some memberships. We want to make sure there's plenty of time to help resolve any issues before the conference begins.

Your USCA membership must be current at the time of the event to access the virtual sessions. Even if your membership was active when you purchased your conference ticket, it must still be current when you log in to participate.

We also encourage you to watch the opening/welcome session to learn how the virtual conference will work and get important conference information.

How to access the virtual conference:

1. Go to www.utschoolcounselor.org and log in using your USCA account.
2. From the dropdown menu at the top of the page, click Conference.
3. Select Registration.
4. Click the View Event tab.
5. Select the Sessions tab to find available classes and access presentations.

Can I rewatch sessions after the conference?

Absolutely! Session recordings will be available on the USCA website after the conference.

You can access them by following the same steps outlined above for virtual access.

What is the USCA Pie Baking Contest!

We're bringing a little county-fair fun to our USCA Annual Conference! Bring your best homemade pie and show off your baking skills!

We'll be awarding prizes in four categories:

• Best Overall Pie
• Most Creative Pie
• Prettiest Pie
• People's Choice

Prizes & Bragging Rights! 🥧🏆

Winners will receive a blue ribbon, eternal glory, AND a $25 gift card!

Pie Contest Rules & Food Safety Guidelines

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable contest for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

• Allowed pies: Shelf-stable fruit pies, such as apple, cherry, blueberry, peach, and berry.
• No refrigerated pies: Pumpkin, pecan, cream, custard, or other pies with perishable fillings requiring refrigeration are not allowed.
• No perishable toppings or fillings: This includes whipped cream, cream cheese toppings, and other ingredients that require refrigeration.
• Homemade pies only: Please prepare your pie at home using clean food preparation practices.
• Cover your pie: Transport your pie in a clean, covered container to protect it from contamination.
• Label your pie: Include the pie name and a list of ingredients.

Pies will be handled according to the contest's food safety procedures. Please do not bring a pie if you are feeling ill.

Judging: End of Day 1 (Thursday) Awards: Day 2 (Friday)

Can we get custom shirts made again at conference?

Yes! Talking Too Loud will be back making custom shirts at conference!
